This Analyst Relations Coordinator will work as a member of a global team to represent NTT DATA and its global services strategies & capabilities to industry analysts who advise enterprise customers on purchasing decisions. The Analyst Relations team is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with analysts to help strengthen the NTT DATA brand and business. They connect business leaders to these analysts to uncover new perspectives that help shape offering strategies through ongoing analyst engagement.

Working at NTT

Responsibilities might include:

  • Support analyst relations plans that align to NTT DATA corporate strategies

  • Help facilitate data collection and collation to respond to analyst report RFIs

  • Collect and summarize input from analysts, outcomes of meetings, etc to turn into recommendations for the business and action plans for the analyst relations program

  • Collaborate between the analyst relations managers and subject matter experts to respond to inquiries, schedule interactions, execute AR plans, and report on progress and achievements

  • Help plan analyst engagements, across all interaction types: briefings, advisory days, inquiries, etc.

  • Provide analyst relations support for industry events and NTT DATA events, including project management and coordination of on-site interactions

  • Leverage team tools that create greater efficiency and provide metrics for accurate reporting

Skills/Criteria Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships across many functions.

  • Proven data analysis skills

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to think and react quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English & ability to work in US time zones primarily, and global time zones on occasion.

  • Ability to synthesize, interpret and summarize third-party analysis and research for cross-functional audiences.

  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently; comfortable working with remote colleagues and stakeholders

  • A team player who is also self-organized and autonomous in managing their workload and deadlines

  • Proficiency in using online tracking and measurement tools desired; experience in data analysis desired.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint, and ability to work within AR proprietary software and tools.
