Regulatory Operation Project Manager

GRS label and artwork coordination and facilitation

  • Identify the strategy of China regulatory over labeling-related execution and coordinate it with cross-functions (Supply Chain, SASS MS&T, and commercial, etc.) to ensure one voice from the local regulatory team and for business communication efficiency as well.

  • Facilitate regulatory colleague(s) to assess the artwork update’s impact on the product portfolio with stakeholders and form the mitigation scheme if any potential risk over the execution.

  • Conduct artwork variation projects across functions including but not limited to request initiation, review online & offline, and circulation among the review team for the final-version approval.

  • Update labeling-related systems and correspond to responsible contacts to keep them notified at each key point (HA approval, strategy change, priority request, etc.).

  • Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the labeling shared with Patient Safety to submit to the ADR system and on the Company website by updating the latest labeling to Corporate Affairs contact.

  • Serving as the point of contact of GRS China on labels/artwork.

Internal and external system maintenance and Information management

  • RIM system maintenance to ensure data compliance.

  • HA account management and maintenance including the electronic notifications/approval letters from the HA account to ensure timely distribution.

  • GRS team registration data share drive and product database management and maintenance.

  • Facilitate and coordinate the regulatory document retrieval with cross functions.

  • GRS China SharePoint maintenance to increase user-friendliness and ensure data completeness.

Support other assigned operation projects.
