BlackRock Resource Capacity Manager, Associate in Belgrade, Serbia

About this role

The Aladdin and eFront businesses have merged and aligned in terms of processes and tools for resource and project management. We are looking for a candidate to work in our Execution Team, who will efficiently resource projects of the American Aladdin Client Transformation team.

The candidate would serve as the point of contact to centralize resource requests and perform staffing updates for projects in the Aladdin/eFront community. After completion of sufficient orientation and training, the Resource Capacity Manager will be accountable for ACT project resourcing and data QA/QC of our internal staffing data and analytics.

The Resource Capacity Manager will report to the North America Resource Manager and work closely with others within the global team.

Key responsibilities include:

· Forecast and report future resource needs based on project requirements and business goals to ensure optimal resource utilization.

· Collaborate with project managers and team members to understand project timelines, resource needs, and constraints.

· Identify skill gaps within teams and develop strategies for training and upskilling resources to meet project demands.

· Address conflicts or issues related to resource allocation, workload, or team dynamics to maintain project schedules and productivity.

· Enhance resource management efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation of proven methods and workflow improvements.

· Develop regular reporting materials regarding resource allocation, capacity gaps, and any potential obstacles to project schedule or budget.

· Leverage resource management tools and software to streamline processes, optimize scheduling, and enhance decision-making.

· Regularly review the sales pipeline and develop projections of resourcing needs for anticipated projects

Experience Required

· Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent experience

· Strong organization and planning skills, with ability to function in a fast-paced environment

· Problem-solving skills

· Open-minded and positive attitude, ready for challenges and creative ideas

· Strong interpersonal skills

· A team player who can work independently

· Good time management and an ability to multi-task

· Creative with a desire to constantly learn

Our hybrid work model
