Robert Half Sales Associate in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Operations Associate. This fully remote role, open to candidates across different time zones, plays a crucial part in our sales operations function. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and sales operations teams, supporting our sales data pipeline projects and ongoing sales operations processes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain sales records and data through regular audits to ensure the CRM system and sales pipeline data is accurate and up-to-date

• Assist with data entry within the CRM as assigned

• Support sales and sales operations projects through data requests and research as assigned

• Utilize Microsoft Office skills in day-to-day tasks

• Ensure exceptional oral and written communication skills to interact professionally with key internal stakeholders

• Contribute to sales operations by leveraging skills in sales, research, auditing, stakeholder management, CRM, Microsoft Office Suites, and written communication

• Support the sales pipeline and sales data management processes

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals. Requirements • Proficiency in Sales, with a keen understanding of Sales Pipeline and Sales Operations

• Experience in Research, capable of analyzing and interpreting Sales Data

• Knowledge of the software 'About Time' for effective project and resource management

• Proficient in Workstation Support, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Skills in Auditing, ensuring adherence to standards and identifying potential areas of improvement

• Ability to effectively manage Stakeholders, maintaining positive relations and ensuring their needs are met

• Experience in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, for managing company's relationships and interactions with potential customers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly in creating presentations, reports, and maintaining databases

• Strong Written Communication skills, for drafting emails, reports, and other forms of business correspondence

• Familiarity with Sales Operations, including planning, hiring, and managing sales team members.
