DigiSay HR Specialist in Cairo, Egypt

The Big Picture

DigiSay is a leading MPN (Multi-Platform Network) in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. DigiSay's objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region using technology and targeting the global market and making sure it's a great place to work for.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and finalize commission payments within the agreed-upon time frame, reducing delays and ensuring that employees receive their commissions on schedule.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and selection strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of top-quality candidates in the digital industry.

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention and foster a positive work culture.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local and international regulations and ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees' concerns and grievances, providing guidance and support to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data, producing meaningful reports and insights to present to senior management, enabling evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement of HR strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant HR position.

  • Strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and provide innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
