Robert Half Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio

Description

We are looking for a diligent TA Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The TA Coordinator will manage all logistical aspects of the Talent Acquisition process, serve as a liaison for recruiters, and maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of the Talent Acquisition process.

• Respond to general recruiting inquiries from applicants and employees.

• Track candidate progression in our applicant tracking system and make appropriate updates to status.

• Update and maintain all candidate profiles, ensuring all relevant data is captured and tracked.

• Coordinate the interview process for all internal and external candidates.

• Facilitate travel arrangements for candidates as needed, inclusive of expense reporting and processing.

• Create and route offer letters for approval.

• Initiate background checks and post-offer hiring processes.

• Analyze all pre-employment candidate/new hire paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness.

• Submit relocation authorizations to the appropriate vendor.

• Support onboarding activities as assigned.

• Maintain basic metric reporting.

• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator role or similar; recruiting experience a plus

• Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficiency in coordinating and managing Recruiting Activities, Efforts, Functions, Initiatives, and Processes

• Experience in conducting Background Checks and Drug Tests

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Ability to coordinate appointments effectively

• Experience in preparing and issuing Offer Letters

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
