A Tiki Bar for the 21st Century!

We are looking for an enthusiastic addition to our top-notch crew!

Mixologists will be able to guide guests through our expansive cocktail menu of original and classic Tiki/ Polynesian inspired drinks. Provide recommendations based on the guests individual tastes and flavor profile. Anticipate and exceed customers' needs and expectations.

Compensation includes hourly and tips. Mixologist start at $9 an hour plus tips. Opportunity for raises and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive attitude.
• Guiding guests through our menus and demonstrating full knowledge of all food & beverage.
• Making recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy.
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes our guests feel appreciated and well taken care of.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Responsible for overseeing bar, tables and lounge area.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Assist with opening/ closing duties.
• Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
• Practicing great teamwork by helping others!

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience within the service industry
• Excellent knowledge of garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the designated area organized, stocked and clean
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
