You will contribute to the company's revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a Hybrid role with two days a week in office required at our Miamisburg, OH facility

Responsibilities

• Having the ability to drive new business of assigned products and services

• Developing and execute strategic plan to drive incremental revenue streams

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads through cold calling and prospecting.

• Identifying appropriate contacts and decision makers within a prospect.

• Creating and deliver effective sales presentations to key decision makers within a prospect

• Observing business development financial performance and modify strategy to drive required growth and revenue

Requirements

• Have a Bachelors’ or equivalent experience

• Have several experience in a business development or contract negotiations including in the legal field

• Have excellent negotiation skills

• Have effective oral and written communication skills

• Have proven ability to drive deals to closure

• Have excellent presentation skills

Base Salary: $38,000

Commissions: $44,000
