Halifax County Public School School Secretary in Halifax, Virginia


JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate performs a variety of office procedures in a school setting, and performs other related work as required by the building administrator. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phone calls and distributes incoming mail. Maintains courteous, professional and effective working relationships with all levels of employees. Performs related clerical duties as necessary and assigned by the principal or designee. EXPERIENCE: Candidate must be experienced in Microsoft Word, and Excel. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED, minimum. Proficient written and oral communication skills.
