Primary Responsibilities

  • To direct and coordinate treasury activities in the Asia Pacific region and collaborate with both Commercial and Supply Chain.

  • To drive high investment returns through monitoring and analyses of cash flows, reduce idle cash level and invest surpluses in interest bearing instruments.

  • To oversee and direct foreign exchange activities including, attaining the target hedge ratio by executing FX forward contracts, capturing deals and initiating FX settlement on Kyriba.

  • To perform and recommend actions on cash flow forecast analysis using TMS(Kyriba) and Excel.

  • Oversee bank account management, including coordinating with local offices to reduce the number of non-relationship bank accounts, to ensure only the relevant operating bank accounts are maintained per business needs; process owner of end-to-end workflow for opening and closure of bank accounts, and to improve the workflow for upkeeping the authorized signers and the static bank account databases.

  • To govern the users and entitlements matrix of e-banking platforms.

  • Design the processes for bank guarantee including continuous improving workflow and owning the end to end process from preparation, negotiation to bank submission, and to maintain the record for the Asia Pacific region.

  • Diagnose and recommend cash management-related inquiries with internal and external parties and banks.

  • To research, consolidate and analyze data used in regional treasury operational decisions and drive improvements in corporate treasury processes.

  • To advise Head of APAC Treasury in driving global and regional initiatives and projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

  • Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 Years of related experience

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree Required

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Experience with Treasury Management System, cash pooling arrangement, e-banking administrator role, SAP

  • Proficient in MS Excel
