The Global Customer Success Manager is responsible for protecting the revenue, relationship and product adoption for Esko’s top tier customers, and growing the business profitably. Real Customer Success is about building trust to drive tangible business results valued by the customer and Esko. You have the best customer management and business consultancy skills around. You’re passionate about engaging your customers and helping them achieve value. You have impeccable relational and project skills and enjoy being a customer champion. You seek out continuous opportunities to improve and drive forward future growth opportunities to strength the depth of relationship and commercial value of your account portfolio. The role is based remotely (with EMEA.)

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Fostering a strategic relationship, including adoption, retention and satisfaction.

  • Establishing a trusted / strategic advisor relationship to drive continued customer value.

  • Establishing passionate customer champions and power users to act as Esko advocates. within the customer, driving up adoption and engagement.

  • Working with customers to establish clear goals to drive customer desired outcomes.

  • Developing upsell / cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with sales colleagues.

  • Working as part of cross functional teams to champion the customer needs within Esko.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success / account management.

  • You’re driven: No one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are.

  • You’re motivated by successful customers and strong relationships .

  • Knowledge of enterprise client management.

  • Background in graphic design or print and packing industry preferred.
