Less stress, while building a wonderful 1:1 relationship built on trust and caring. Hours: Day: 7:30 am-3 pm Evening: 3 pm-8 pm Overnight: 8 pm-7 am (sleep shift) Including every other weekend. Overnight shift is a sleep shift but must attend to member as needed. Currently hiring for all shifts! Pay: \$16.50 per hour The wage for this position starts at \$16.50 per hour with the potential for increases once trained. Paid training up to 8 shifts Tasks include but are not limited to: Hands-on assistance while walking. Assistance with feeding by mouth and through J-Tube Personal care Med administration Transfers Toileting includes incontinence care. Community involvement and activities. Hands on care with line-of-sight care always. Ideal Candidate: Covid Vaccinated Minimum of 1 year Caregiving experience Must pass a background check. Dependable vehicle with insurance. Punctual, Dependable Strong work ethic Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
