Description

One of our successful, global clients seeks a thorough Senior Treasury & Tax Analyst with excellent critical thinking abilities. The Senior Treasury and Tax Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s treasury operations, cashflow, and tax compliance. The role involves the use of financial resources, implementing effective treasury strategies and ensuring adherence to tax regulations to minimize the financial risks to the organization. Located in the Greater Philadelphia area, this Senior Treasury & Tax Analyst role is a permanent employment opportunity.

How you will make an impact:

  • Primary contact to support both external and internal tax questions and requirements, including Vendor Support with Tax Software, Vertex

  • Working with client’s external tax partner prepare financial information and schedules for timely and accurate filing of Direct Tax returns

  • Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short term cash needs

  • Administer banking relationship for cash management activities.

  • Administer company’s business insurance needs including property, liability, automobile, freight, worker’s compensation insurance coverage.

  • Coordinate intercompany transfer pricing and shared service relationships

  • Serve as financial point person for importing and exporting operations.

    Requirements

The ideal Senior Treasury & Tax Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.

Other requirements for the Senior Treasury & Tax Analyst role include and are not limited to:

  • 7+ years of related treasury and tax experience

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Indirect Tax Software (Vertex preferred), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Microsoft business software.

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, cash management and tax regulations.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Results-proven experience in a multi-division, multi-company environment.

  • Experience in an international, financial environment preferred.
