We are currently hiring for Warehouse Workers in the Sterling and Manassas areas to work for a local Manufacturing company. Candidates should have experience working within a Warehouse or Distribution environement. Forklift and Equipment experience is preferred but not required for all roels.

Description:

Associates will be receiving freight into the warehouse, unloading trucks, and then re-packing the freight to be shipped to clients. Must have inventory and warehouse experience. Will be moving a minimum of 10-20 units of freight per day.

1st and 2nd shift available

$18/hr - $20/hr DOE

Essential Job Duties Include:

•50% use radio frequently or picking, receiving, and storing freight, as required

•10% ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damages or defects

•10% operate product handling equipment safely and efficiently while loading and unloading freight

•10% perform labeling, sorting, and re-packing as needed

•5% perform inventory procedures accurately and with the utmost integrity

•General business support function as assigned

•Ships and receives cargo according to the applicable regulatory and or voluntary associations' requirements: TSA, C-TPAT and or TAPA.

•Performs product selection and package preparation for shipment.

•Assists with pallet and cargo preparation.

•Cleans facility and/or trash compactor.
