We are looking for a Proposal Manager for Primary MV Switchgears with tender’s experience on Medium Voltage Switchgears and protections to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification & Automation area. You will be responsible to define the best technical and commercial solution handling the whole bid phase for public and private tenders ensuring high quality of the offers.

As Proposal Manager for Primary MV Switchgears your main activities will be:

• Analysis of customer’s requests, single line diagrams and specifications

• Configuration of MV switchgears using dedicated Siemens’ tools

• Definition of the best technical and economical solution ensuring an accurate offer evaluation and cost calculation

• Handle the whole bid phase in autonomy ensuring high quality of the offers

• Satisfy the customer's requests under all technical and commercial expectations.

• Coordinate all concerned stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, third parties and internal cross division) regarding: Technical, Contractual, Pricing, Risks and Safety issues

• Collaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, Regional Countries and with the Products Managers

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• At least 2 years of experience in offering of MV Switchgears and/or electrical/electrotechnical field

• Good organizational skills with strong orientation to reach the targets

• Knowledge of electrical systems and understanding of electrical schemes and tender specifications

• Curiosity on new technologies and smart problem solution

• Competencies in SCADA and LV switchgears are an added new value

• Expertise with Autocad and design tools are welcome

• Education background in electrical or electrotechnical

• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken

• Excellent Italian language

• Availability for business trips on national level, and sometimes also international

• Passion to never-stop growing
