Job Description

* Insight Global is searching for a Systems Analyst to join a team of 6 others that work heavily with SQL and PowerShell scripts and reverse engineering. They will be walking into an environment with pre-existing scripts and they will need high-level knowledge to understand and fix these scripts as needed. This individual will be working on the network side a bit as well with basic break/fixing. This individual will be automating scripts to analyze data based on given tables to help calculate costs of utilities for Santee Cooper energy users. They will be using a jira ticketing system so experience here is good to have as well!

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of technical experience OR 8-10 years of experience without Bachelor's degree

* Ability to reverse engineer existing software code, will be working with vendor to rewrite code and make it more user friendly

* SQL scripting experience

* PowerShell experience

* Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to problem solve and help lead the team (it is currently made up of more junior team members) * Need someone very personable as they will be working with vendors and customers

* Experience with Jira ticketing systems null
