Working under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor performs a variety of the full performance skilled maintenance and custodial duties including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, general grounds and custodial care, related to the general maintenance and repair of facilities, including HVAC and other mechanical systems.
