ABOUT THIS JOB

This is an extremely fast-paced opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious professional with some previous Executive Assistant and g suite experience. This role will be supporting a handful of leaders remotely and in-person in our New York office, working closely with a team of EAs as well. The workload will be mostly event planning, logistics coordination, supply and swag ordering and support of your EA teammates.

You take pride in delivering the highest quality work product and finding efficiencies in your role. You will support and work alongside a talented, humble, and incredibly busy group of executives and executive assistants. You enjoy working with different personalities and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease. You communicate effectively with executives, EAs, clients and internal colleagues, while navigating the current remote/hybrid climate. You can flex with the needs of this role and this team.

CRUCIAL TO THIS ROLE

Proactivity: Lots of people can check off tasks on a list, but do you anticipate potential issues before they snowball, and take action to remedy them? Do you identify ways to streamline tasks? Do you consistently seek a better solution than the status quo?

Time and stress management: Roll with both a sense of humor and urgency as your executives and colleagues seek your support from a number of different directions. You must be naturally tenacious and super driven.

Hours: This role is a 40 hour/week opportunity, and with at least 2-4 days per week being physically in the NYC or Little Rock office. Expectations of this person are very high, so we’re looking for someone who maximizes all working hours, enjoys being connected and moving things forward, even when you or your leaders/colleagues are not in the office. Any overtime must be approved in advance by your manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced or start up environment.

  • Experience with gsuite in a professional setting.

  • You have stellar verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing communication.

  • You have the capacity to be aware of, control, and express your emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

  • You read email threads thoroughly before responding.

  • You enjoy speeding through the day with non-stop tactical requests.

  • You provide stellar administrative support and you’re committed to your growth and development as an EA.

  • You are the most organized person you know.

  • You are very bright and everyone you know comments on how quickly you become the expert.

  • You enjoy taking on new challenges and are eager to do self-study to get ahead.

  • Your email is at inbox zero by the end of every day.

  • You’re intensively driven and proactive.

  • You can easily handle stress and you are unflappable.

  • You know how and when to escalate issues to your manager or partners across the org.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full support for a handful of leaders remotely and in-person, working closely with a team of EAs as well. Your days will include calendar management, booking travel, expense reports, team (virtual) events/offsites event and any other tasks needed to maximize team productivity.

  • Provide weekly updates to your manager on your projects, questions and progress.

  • Schedule internal and external meetings; follow up with venues, catering and guests to confirm and support preparation of meeting materials.

  • Facilitate communication and organization between teams at LiveRamp.

  • In everything, represent LiveRamp and the LiveRamp team with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.

The approximate annual compensation range is $75,000 - $83,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
