Key responsibilities of this role include preparing financial statements, ensuring the smooth consolidation of international subsidiaries, assisting outside CPA firms with audits and taxes. The position will also involve managing vendor relationships and overseeing financial procedure improvements.

• Proficiency in month-end closing responsibilities

• Experience working with international subsidiaries or legal entities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent communication skills

• Background in finance
