ATC Hotel Management LLC dba Croft Hospitality seeks Corporate Executive Chef (Rochester, MN), responsible for the direction of the overall kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, thorough planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the culinary operation and administration. Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services. Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food/ingredients and managing inventories. Bachelor s degree in culinary arts, hospitality or related field; 5 Years experience as a chef working at a luxury boutique resort, providing services to high-end clientele.
