Job Summary: Work closely with managers and adoption workers to provide a broad range of support to Foster Care & Foster Care Adoption programs within the Adoption & Pregnancy Services units, including administrative functions, clerical functions and client services. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma and 5 years or Associate's Degree and 2 years of related experience Experience with adoption or social service related content for diverse mediums and for diverse audiences preferred; Ability to forge a mutually respectful partnership with persons served and their families; Sensitivity to foster care/adoption community is required; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Strong ability to work independently, be organized and multi-task; Ability to work with and advocate for all clients served, regardless of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or family type.
