Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.As a Business Analyst, you would analyze core business processes, create gap analysis documentation, define workflows, gather requirements, and evaluate available solutions to help service partners solve their technology needs.Working with cross-functional teams, service partners and other IT professionals, you will frame an integrated solution and translate your conceptual vision using new and existing products. This vision will then be communicated in a clear and detailed design package that includes business requirements, processes and workflow documentation, conceptual database models, use cases and service requirements.You will support the UIT development team with service requests, prioritization and other duties as assigned.
