Pacific Medical Centers Manager Rehabilitation Services - Pac Med Beacon Hill-Seattle WA in Seattle, Washington

Under the direction of the Director of Ancillary Services, provides daily supervision and leadership for therapy operations at all locations. Oversees daily therapy operations including patient education, clinical regulatory compliance, scheduling of staff, performance management, staff documentation, and therapy staff development. Works closely with Director to ensure the department meets performance expectations in the areas of, customer service, access and utilization. May represent department in organizational projects and committees. Will play significant role in representing the Physical Therapist clinical viewpoint and in helping operationalize these ideas and initiatives with the Director in the context of growing clinical service lines.

Span of responsibility: Physical Therapy Department, including all therapists and therapy assistants per clinic. May provide direct patient care through staff therapist duties approximately 75% to 50% of the time, depending on current initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Physical therapy Or

  • Master's Degree Physical therapy

  • Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Or

  • Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License Or

  • Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Interview and hiring experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Supervisory and/or two years or more staff therapist experience.

  • 1 year Progressive supervisory experience with line responsibility.
