About this Role

The purpose of this position is to design, implement and maintain an appropriate marketing strategy to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include fostering a company image that is founded on Crux’s core values of excellence, innovation, quality and safety. This position is also responsible for communicating Crux’s unique capabilities to existing and potential clients in the most effective means available.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement marketing plans targeted toward potential clients.

• Communicate the company’s core competencies to potential clients within relevant markets and demonstrate a thorough understanding of these core competencies.

• Measure effectiveness of marketing strategies and monitor industry trends to adjust company marketing strategies when necessary.

• Manage the company’s digital marketing outlets, including company website, email marketing and social media.

• Manage print marketing materials, including job stories, company experience, employee experience, articles, technical papers, advertisements and brochures.

• Support, coordinate and execute photo and video editing to assist in furthering Crux use of digital media as a platform to support employee recruitment and retention as well as client facing materials to educate on process and systems critical to Crux operations.

• Assist estimating in the preparation and submittal of proposal documents through use of technical writing skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with management to develop content for technical presentations to potential clients, serve as primary support for technical writing and development of efficient, professional written and presented materials.

• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals at key industry publications to stay informed of advertising and editorial content opportunities.

• Identify appropriate trade shows and conferences for the company to attend and manage logistics, such as transportation and setup of materials for these events.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

• Prior experience in civil construction preferred.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills with strong and proven technical writing skills.

• Highly organized and attention to detail.

• Self-directed.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience with video and photo editing and design programs and website editing preferred.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $80,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
