Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics role is for Medicaid Implementations & Expansions supports initiatives by working with internal business partners to uphold the integrity and accuracy of provider data via large tasks and projects. The role will perform research by analyzing information, which will require reporting on provider data utilizing Medicaid databases. In addition, performs data transactions and maintenance associated with projects, expansions, and new implementations. Works with other departments to ensure quality provider data to our members.

The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics is innovative and works independently and in a team environment. They may document specifications and process, produce information to satisfy business request & is critical to the provider data accuracy for Implementations and expansions.

Required Qualifications

∙ 5 years healthcare industry experience.

∙ Project management experience.

∙ Experience interacting with various teams

∙ Experience preparing workflows

EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
