What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Consultant, Business Analysis, you will join Administration’s Transformation and Operational Excellence team to provide direct support of the Document Management System project. You will be a key contributor and collaborate with business, technology and vendor partners and stakeholders.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role you’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you’ll succeed

  • Relationship Management – Act as a Relationship manager and collaborative consultant with business partners for all matters relating to the Document Management System Project. Understand, review and document information gathered from stakeholders and partners. Manage relationships with partners both internal and external to CIBC.

  • Business Management – Support the project team and the Transformation and Operational Excellence Team, work in a fast paced environment including the documentation and maintenance of materials that support the Document Management System Project including procedure documents. Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency of processes.

  • Understand Requirements – Analyze and document current state vs future state, vendor tool comparisons and ranking, and cost/benefits and create materials to present findings to stakeholders and leadership in support of the project implementation.
