Position Overview

This position will be responsible for overseeing Global Learning strategy, initiatives and execution within EMEA reporting to the Group HR Director, EMEA.

This is a Hybrid role with an expectation for the successful candidate to be on site at least 3 days per week.

Key Job Responsibilities

Global Learning Analysis & Management

  • Develop an effective learning strategy based on the needs of the business (assessments), the skill sets required for team members to be successful and key competencies for the organisation.

  • Evaluate and modify existing and proposed programmes; recommend changes and facilitate implementation.

  • Collaborate with business stake holders and corporate departments to ensure alignment along with exceptional messaging and communication.

  • See the Bigger Picture - In partnership with the instructional design team, create, design and curate content specific to the EMEA market needs.

Corporate On-Site Instructor Led Class Management

  • In alignment with the Global model, champion to the development of certified instructors to support the deployment of corporate developed programmes.

  • Value People - Routinely run train-the-trainer programs for existing and new programs being developed so they can be run across EMEA on a regular basis.

Administration, Budget & Policies/Procedures

  • Implement, develop and maintain the logistic process of all on-site, on-line and on-demand learning programmes and certifications.

  • Work with multiple departments to organise regional training events, including, but not limited to, sessions set-up, cost analysis, logistics, and tracking.

  • Oversee and manage the yearly Global Learning budget for EMEA.

  • Continually improve policies and workflows to make learning a bigger part of the culture with keeping it consistent with Global practices.

  • Work with the Global Learning team to complete content translation analysis.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Drive Results - Work closely with internal departments to provide data such as course completion and learning & development results.

  • Leverage survey system to send survey’s, gather results and provide detailed analysis of findings, such as ROI.

  • Work within the global LMS.

  • Deliver World Class Service - Serve as the first layer of support for all team members and managers.

Job Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in education, teaching, hospitality or equivalent work experience required

  • 5 years of business, sales or customer service experience

  • Exemplary presentation skills and/or public speaking and demonstrated experience collaborating with key stakeholders

  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with multiple levels of team members and leadership

  • Understanding of training needs analysis, development, design, delivery and measurement
