Venturi LLC, a Chenega company, has an excellent opportunity for a Systems Analyst III . Venturi is a subcontractor to a company that operates, maintains, and sustains mission-critical systems to provide safe and effective launch, testing, and tracking of Department of Defense, civil, commercial, and international space lift vehicles.We support ballistic missile, guided weapon, and aeronautical tests and evaluations as well as support space situational awareness operations and experiments to defend the United States to ensure our nation’s safety. This position is assigned to Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA.

Telecommuting is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create, submit, and post recurring Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) required on performance metrics analysis such as preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) and Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) data.

  • Log, distribute, and track Job Control Numbers (JCN), Preventative Maintenance (PM) Schedules, Corrective Maintenance (CM) Data collection, and maintenance procedures.

  • Assign, maintain, coordinate, and review Work Unit Codes for entry into the Air Force Reliability and Maintainability Information System (REMIS) and Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) systems analysis.

  • Review documented maintenance activity (corrective and preventative) for accuracy, clarity, and timeliness and gather maintenance data (corrective and preventive) for inclusion in and analysis of Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) statistics.

  • Work with maintenance personnel on the proper utilization of codes and interfaces daily and coordinate with Government and RGNext personnel in resolution of maintenance documentation problems.

  • Provide weekly and monthly PM Statistics giving scheduled vs. completed PM actions. Provide Ad Hoc R&M reports.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Five (5) or more years of applicableexperience performing critical thinking, analysis, job control, and/or problem-solving related work.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Power Point, and Word.

  • Experience with IMDS Air Force (AF) database preferred.

  • Knowledge of Remedy and HTML for web pages, preferred.

  • Basic understanding of the Western Range maintenance requirements, maintenance planning and operations, preferred.

  • Interim Secret clearance

  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and, apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations for analysis.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; respond to short-notice requirement changes and be able to multi-task.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a highly fluid environment, within a team, and with other groups or customers

  • Strong degree of professionalism, excellent organization skills

  • Ability to work multiple tasks concurrently and switch between tasks quickly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and detail-oriented and ability to exercise diplomacy within a team environment

  • Ability to organize and lead meetings, prepare clear oral and written direction, correspondence, and reports

  • Good problem-solving skills for data analysis and detection of latent issues in data products

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Ability to travel to local job sites within California.

  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
