We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide operating support to the Executive Vice President of New England. This key business partner will be vital in providing support, along with collaborating with various business areas throughout the Northeast Complex.
This role is located in Wellesley, MA and is required to be onsite.
Role will administer company policy at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Region/ Headquarters
Supports EVP
Manges schedule of EVP and works with EVP to ensure that time is consistent and updated
Centralized source for any items requiring EVP signature
Works with Talent Acquisition around interviews scheduled for EVP. Is a point of contact locally
Ensures new EXP candidates have proper support on interviews
Helps prep interview materials
Assists with client mailings, as needed
Works with Business Specialist to assist in new business processing.
Working with advisors and employees on issue escalation
Creation of meeting agendas and Powerpoint presentations
Assist in recruiting efforts through sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
Miscellaneous projects
Assisting with branch culture events
Booking travel and managing EVP expenses / reimbursement submissions
Managing requests for electronic signatures on DocuSign platform
The base salary range for this position is $52,000-$72,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

1 years experience in Executive or Administrative Roles

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
